Questions owners actually ask
I have three buildings. Three subscriptions?
One. Add all three under one plan, as long as the beds add up to 150 or less. Srinivas runs five buildings on one login.
My brother is a partner. Does he need to pay separately?
No. Every partner gets a login with equal rights and every report, under the same plan. Two partners or twenty.
What happens when I cross 150 beds?
You WhatsApp us, we move you to a custom plan for your volume. Nothing stops working while that happens.
Is there a trial?
Download it and set up your hostel. Trial terms are shown in the app when you subscribe.
Can I pay by UPI?
Yes. Payment is inside the app through Razorpay. UPI, card or net banking.
What if I stop?
Cancel any time from the app or by writing to us. Renewals stop. Your data is yours and exports to Excel. The refund policy has the details.
Do you charge to move my registers into the app?
No. If you want it, we come to the building and do it. Most owners do it themselves in an afternoon, but the offer stands.
Does my guest pay anything for Kamer Stay?
No. The guest app is free for guests. They see bills, pay rent, do KYC, raise complaints.
