Refund and cancellation policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases made by hostel and PG owners ("you") for the Kamer hostel management application, operated by L4Links Solutions Private Limited ("Kamer", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Subscription Plans

Kamer is offered on a subscription basis to hostel and PG owners. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and any applicable trial periods are shown to you at the time of purchase within the app.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us at info@kamerapp.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as described below.

3. Refunds

Because Kamer is a software service that is provisioned immediately on payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may, at our discretion, consider a refund in cases such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge for the same subscription period
  • A verified technical failure that prevented you from using the service for a significant part of the billing period
  • An unauthorised transaction, subject to our review and applicable payment gateway rules

To request a refund, contact us at info@kamerapp.com with your registered mobile number/email and the payment reference. We will review the request and respond with a decision.

4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after we initiate it.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Kamer after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
